Using a chocolate mold: What type of chocolate?

I am going to use a chocolate/candy/soap mold to make some chocolate things. I know how to melt the chocolate and everything. My question is what kind of chocolate do I use? Chocolate bars, bakers chocolate? Can I use chocolate chips to melt into the mold? What would be the cheapest thing to do? I am not concerned with the taste as much as I am the price.

You can use any type of baking chocolate, but the easiest thing to do is to go to Michaels and get a bag of chocolate, but it in a dish is the microwave, microwave it until it melts (only a few minutes) then pour it into the mold. It is the same about the same price as any other chocolate, however, Michaels always has 40% coupons and sometimes 50% coupons in the Sunday paper which would get you the chocolate even cheeper. Good luck and watch the chocolate in the microwave so that it doesn't burn.
